We run professional estate sales and downsizing sales all around Portland and further away!

This weekend we are running an estate sale for a family in Clatskanie, Oregon.  We are busy setting up the sale – cleaning, organizing, sorting, and pricing everything – for this weekend, March 28th and 29th, 2026.  This sale features furniture, everyday household goods, clothes, home decor, collectibles, and more.  As usual, the sale is posted on EstateSales.net.

We also advertise our estate sales on EstateSales.org.

Most of our sales are in Portland and nearby suburbs such as Happy Valley, Clackamas, Milwaukie, Gladstone, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Canby, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, Sandy, Gresham, Estacada, Camas, Washougal, Vancouver, Ridgefield, etc.  But we have traveled to McMinnville, Salem, Albany, Woodburn, etc. to run estate sales and downsizing sales.  In many cases, we are also able to help out with selling the house, too.  Arnie Valdivia is an experienced Realtor with eXp Realty.
