Super professional! They had signs put up on the walls that answered questions like “how to buy large furniture” and other questions. They had walking paper laid out over the hardwood and carpets were covered, keeping the house in good condition. Everything was laid out very clearly and priced accordingly. A&S is one of my top three favorite estate sale businesses. Their prices seem reasonable and their service outstanding.  Anyone who has bought big items at estate sales may have run into the pressing problem- how to get it home,  because you misjudged the item and the cargo space of your rig. I did that.  And they patiently stood by my side as I looked at my car and the item and opted to break it down,  one strategic piece at a time.  Most importantly,  they were gracious about it (esp. Since I lived more than 90 mins away). A&S has always been a favorite of mine,  and today just confirmed what I suspected about them all along - that they are one of the best in the NW.

They are delightful to work with!  Their prices are the best I have found!  They were well organized, and it was easy to find the prices on things or a staff member to ask.Their staff is very friendly. They’re extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing the knowledge with me as they explained the history and design. I am a huge fan of A&E Estate Sales! They are so friendly,  knowledgeable and have the fairest process in the greater Portland area. Organized and a great flow thru the estate,  with help at every corner getting something up high or hard to reach items.  Visually,  it's easy to see everything.
