They had signs put up on the walls that answered questions like “how to buy large furniture” and other questions. They had walking paper laid out over the hardwood and carpets were covered, keeping the house in good condition. Everything was laid out very clearly and priced accordingly. A&S is one of my top three favorite estate sale businesses. Their prices seem reasonable and their service outstanding. Anyone who has bought big items at estate sales may have run into the pressing problem- how to get it home, because you misjudged the item and the cargo space of your rig. I did that. And they patiently stood by my side as I looked at my car and the item and opted to break it down, one strategic piece at a time. Most importantly, they were gracious about it (esp. Since I lived more than 90 mins away).
